Xorynx (“Xorynx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Networking & Technology Company that operates a unified identity and authentication service known as Xorynx SSO (Single Sign-On). Xorynx SSO allows you to create and maintain a single Xorynx Account that is used to sign in across a family of independent products and services owned and operated by Xorynx, including Silta and Edith, and any other product that Xorynx may launch or acquire in the future (each, a “Connected Product,” and together, the “Connected Products”).
This Privacy Policy explains, in detail, what personal information Xorynx collects when you create and use a Xorynx Account, how that information is used, with whom and under what circumstances it is shared, how it is safeguarded, how long it is kept, and what rights and choices are available to you. This Policy applies to all current, prospective, and former users of Xorynx SSO, and, to the extent described in this Policy, to your use of any Connected Product accessed through Xorynx SSO. By creating a Xorynx Account, logging in through Xorynx SSO, or otherwise using any Connected Product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy, and you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described herein.
Xorynx SSO functions as the shared identity layer that sits beneath each Connected Product. This Policy governs the personal information that is collected and processed at that identity layer that is, the information associated with your Xorynx Account itself, such as your registration details, credentials, authentication activity, and security data.
Each Connected Product may, in addition, collect and process further information that is specific to the features of that product for example, the text posts you create on Silta, or the prompts and conversations you have with Edith. Where a Connected Product maintains its own supplementary privacy notice describing such product-specific data practices, that notice applies together with, and does not replace, this Policy. Where no separate notice exists for a Connected Product, this Policy governs the fullest extent applicable.
When you create a Xorynx Account, we collect information that identifies you and allows us to set up and personalise your account, including your full name, date of birth, gender, email address, and phone number. Date of birth is collected primarily to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements described in this Policy and to enable age-appropriate access to certain features or Connected Products.
To protect your account and enable secure sign-in across Connected Products, we collect and generate:
We automatically collect certain technical information whenever you interact with Xorynx SSO, including your browser type and version, operating system, device type, log-in timestamps, authentication logs, and, where applicable, the page or product you were referred from or directed to.
We use cookies, browser storage, and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, maintain session security, and understand how Xorynx SSO is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to remain signed in or to use certain features.
When you use a Connected Product, that product communicates certain limited signals back to Xorynx SSO so that your account status and session validity remain accurate and secure across every product you use. For example, confirmation that a session is active, or a flag indicating suspicious activity that may require re-authentication. Content-level information you generate within a Connected Product, such as posts you write on Silta or conversations you have with Edith is not accessed, stored, or processed by Xorynx SSO beyond what is strictly necessary to keep you authenticated, and is instead governed by that Connected Product’s own data practices.
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
The core purpose of Xorynx SSO is to let a single Xorynx Account work across multiple Connected Products. To achieve this, when you sign in to a Connected Product using Xorynx SSO, we share only the minimum information necessary for that product to recognise you and maintain your session, typically your unique account identifier, name, email address, and account verification status. Your password, in either plain or hashed form, is never shared with any Connected Product or any other third party.
We share information with vetted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, infrastructure and data storage, communications delivery (email and SMS), analytics, and fraud-prevention services. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only as instructed by us and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, court order, or subpoena; to respond to a request from a government agency or investigatory body; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Xorynx, our users, or the public; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
If Xorynx is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any resulting change in ownership or use of your personal information as required by law.
Xorynx does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
We implement technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, one-way cryptographic hashing of passwords, access controls limiting who within Xorynx may access account data, continuous monitoring for suspicious activity, and support for multi-factor authentication. While we work to protect your information using measures consistent with industry practice, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We retain your Xorynx Account information for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide Xorynx SSO to you. Certain information, such as authentication logs and security records, may be retained for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Where you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Xorynx SSO is not directed at children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. Individual Connected Products may set a higher minimum age or additional eligibility requirements, which will be described in that product’s own terms. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable minimum age without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
Depending on where you and our service providers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than your own. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
Xorynx SSO or a Connected Product may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Xorynx. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. Where changes are material, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, including by posting the updated Policy with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Xorynx SSO or any Connected Product after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
This Policy, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it or your use of Xorynx SSO, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Xorynx SSO, the single sign-on identity and authentication service operated by Xorynx (“Xorynx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and, through it, your access to and use of the family of independent products owned and operated by Xorynx, including Silta and Edith, and any other product Xorynx may launch or acquire in the future (each a “Connected Product,” and together, the “Connected Products”). By creating a Xorynx Account, signing in through Xorynx SSO, or otherwise accessing or using any Connected Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Xorynx SSO is the foundational identity service of Xorynx. It issues and manages a single Xorynx Account that you can use to authenticate across multiple, independently operated Connected Products, so that you do not need to register and remember separate credentials for each one.
Xorynx may add, modify, discontinue, or remove Connected Products at any time. Each Connected Product may, in addition to these Terms, publish its own supplementary terms of use governing the specific features and content of that product. Where such supplementary terms exist, they apply together with these Terms. In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and a Connected Product’s supplementary terms with respect to that specific product, the Connected Product’s supplementary terms shall govern for that product only, and these Terms continue to govern the Xorynx Account and Xorynx SSO generally.
You must be at least 14 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to create a Xorynx Account. Individual Connected Products may impose a higher minimum age or additional eligibility criteria appropriate to their content or functionality, which will be set out in that product’s own terms. By creating a Xorynx Account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
A Xorynx Account is a single set of credentials verified using information such as your name, date of birth, gender, email address, and phone number that Xorynx SSO uses to authenticate you across every Connected Product you choose to use. When you sign in to a Connected Product through Xorynx SSO, Xorynx SSO issues a secure session so that the Connected Product can recognise you without independently handling your password. Because a single Xorynx Account governs your access to every Connected Product, any restriction, suspension, or termination of your Xorynx Account under these Terms may result in the loss of access to all Connected Products, not only the one in which the underlying issue arose.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Xorynx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use Xorynx SSO and the Connected Products for their intended, lawful purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Xorynx SSO or any Connected Product, or to copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of them, except as expressly permitted in writing by Xorynx or as permitted within the ordinary functionality of a Connected Product.
All content made available through Xorynx SSO and the Connected Products, including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, and underlying technology, is the property of Xorynx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any content, information, or materials you submit through a Connected Product remains subject to the intellectual property terms of that specific Connected Product. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of such content to Xorynx beyond the licence necessary to operate the relevant Connected Product and, where applicable, Xorynx SSO.
In connection with your use of Xorynx SSO and the Connected Products, you must not:
A violation of this Section, or of a Connected Product’s own terms, may result in suspension or termination of your Xorynx Account and, consequently, your access to all Connected Products.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in connection with Xorynx SSO is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of, and should be read together with, these Terms. By using Xorynx SSO, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the limited sharing of account information with Connected Products necessary to enable single sign-on.
Xorynx SSO and the Connected Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Xorynx SSO or any Connected Product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xorynx shall not be liable for:
Xorynx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, changes in law or regulation, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or other events of force majeure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xorynx, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Xorynx SSO or any Connected Product, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Xorynx SSO is currently provided free of charge as an identity and authentication layer for the Connected Products. Individual Connected Products may separately charge fees for specific features, subscriptions, or services, which will be disclosed within that Connected Product and governed by its own terms.
If you have concerns regarding Xorynx SSO or these Terms, you may raise them through the support options available within your Xorynx Account. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns promptly.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to Section 16.3, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
You consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically, including through your Xorynx Account or within a Connected Product, and agree that such electronic communications satisfy any requirement that notice be given in writing.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal or regulatory requirements, or for other operational reasons. Material changes will be notified as required by applicable law. Your continued use of Xorynx SSO or any Connected Product after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By creating a Xorynx Account or otherwise using Xorynx SSO or any Connected Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
